How exciting that you want to join!

 

Please fill in the form to register for the event. We will send you an invoice and payment link for a deposit of 25% of the full amount, which we ask you to pay within two weeks. You will be asked to pay the full amount one month before the event. If you want to pay in instalments, that can be arranged. Deposits are non-refundable. 

 

Please put your country of residence and room preference in the message. In the case you are coming with a friend whom you want to share a room with, you both need to register, and add information in the message box about room sharing.
